Paramedical courses in India provide education in the fields that are supportive to doctors. Paramedical courses include speech and hearing therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, optometrist, radiography, lab technician, ECG technician, dialysis assistant etc. Paramedics intervene in crisis, life saving situations either in hospitals or in emergency medical facilities.
